At Tavistra, we take care to dispatch your orders securely and reliably. Below is our policy for shipping and delivery for both international and domestic buyers.

Shipping & Delivery Details

  • International buyers: Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.
  • Domestic buyers: Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
  • Dispatch timeline: Orders are shipped within 8–14 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier/postal norms.
  • Delivery responsibility: Tavistra guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the stated dispatch timeline. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
  • Delivery address: Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

What if my shipment is delayed?
Tavistra is not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed to the courier/postal service. We will assist by sharing shipment details and communicating with the carrier where possible.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Changes may be possible only before dispatch and are subject to courier rules. Please contact support immediately with your order ID.
How will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are shared via email (and SMS where available) once the courier accepts the consignment.
