Return & Exchange Policy<\/span><\/h1>

1) Overview<\/span><\/h2>

We want you to love what you buy from TAVISTRA<\/strong>. If you\u2019re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility rules below. This policy applies to purchases made on our official channels only.<\/p>

2) Non-returnable items<\/span><\/h2>
  • Items valued below \u20b9500 (MRP per item)<\/li>
  • Personalised\/engraved or custom-made items<\/li>
  • Pierced jewellery and body-contact accessories (earrings, ear cuffs, etc.)<\/li>
  • Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer<\/li>
  • Items with missing, tampered, or damaged tags, labels, warranty cards, or original packaging\/inclusions (pouches, boxes, freebies)<\/li>
  • Final sale\/markdown items marked as non-returnable at checkout<\/li><\/ul>

    3) Return conditions<\/span><\/h2>
    • The product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.<\/li>
    • All accessories, free gifts, and original packaging must be included.<\/li>
    • We may reject requests that do not meet the above or show signs of wear\/installation.<\/li><\/ul>

      4) Reverse pickup & self-ship<\/span><\/h2>
      • Reverse pickup:<\/strong> We arrange courier pickup from serviceable pincodes. If pickup is unavailable for your area, we\u2019ll guide you to self-ship the parcel to our returns hub.<\/li>
      • Self-ship reimbursement:<\/strong> If asked to self-ship due to non-serviceable pickup, we\u2019ll reimburse standard surface shipping charges against a valid receipt (caps may apply).<\/li><\/ul>

        5) Inspection & approval<\/span><\/h2>
        • Once received, our QC team will complete inspection within 2\u20133 business days.<\/li>
        • Approved returns are processed as per your selected resolution (refund or exchange). If QC fails, the item will be returned to you.<\/li><\/ul>

          6) Refunds<\/span><\/h2>
          • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.<\/li>
          • Processing timeline: 7\u201315 business days after QC approval.<\/li>
          • Shipping, handling, gift wrap, and COD charges are non-refundable unless due to our error or a verified defect.<\/li><\/ul>

            7) Exchanges<\/span><\/h2>

            Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund as per this policy.<\/p>

            8) Damaged\/defective on arrival<\/span><\/h2>

            If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with unboxing photos\/videos. After verification, we\u2019ll arrange a replacement or refund.<\/p>

            9) How to raise a return<\/span><\/h2>
            1. Email support@tavistra.com<\/strong> (cc info@tavistra.com<\/strong>) with your order ID, item(s), and reason.<\/li>
            2. We\u2019ll confirm pickup\/self-ship instructions.<\/li>
            3. Pack securely; include all tags\/packaging and the invoice.<\/li>
            4. Keep the pickup receipt\/airway bill for reference.<\/li><\/ol>

              10) Policy changes<\/span><\/h2>

              We may revise this policy periodically. The version on our website at the time of your request will apply.<\/p>
