1) About these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the TAVISTRA website, mobile experiences, and services (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Entity operating the Platform: VDesign (operating under the brand “TAVISTRA”), 1232, 12th Floor, 89 Hemkunt Chambers, Nehru Place, New Delhi 110019, India.

2) Eligibility & account

• You must be legally competent to contract under applicable law.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3) Orders & pricing

• All orders are offers to purchase subject to acceptance by us. We may cancel/refund for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, address verification, or pricing/stock errors.
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

4) Payments

• Payments are processed via our payment gateway partner(s). We currently support UPI and credit/debit cards via Razorpay.
• We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.

5) Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative. Delays may occur due to carrier constraints, uncontrollable events, or pincode serviceability.

6) Returns & after sales

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Warranty (if any) will be specified per product.

7) User content & conduct

• If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display such content for Platform operations and promotion, subject to applicable law.
• You agree not to violate law, infringe IP rights, upload harmful code, engage in fraud, spamming, scraping, or interfere with Platform operation.

8) Intellectual property

All Platform content (designs, text, graphics, logos, product imagery) is owned by or licensed to VDesign/TAVISTRA and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9) Third party services

The Platform may link to or integrate with third parties (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, logistics). Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

10) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

• The Platform and products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated.
• To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold VDesign/TAVISTRA harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

12) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may offer amicable resolution via Support before litigation.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
